Our law firm renders Oil and Gas Title Opinions covering state, federal, Indian (including restricted and non-restricted Indian lands) as well as privately owned lands in Oklahoma, Texas, New Mexico, North Dakota and Arkansas. Our Title opinions may be based upon abstract examination or done by “stand-up” examination in the county clerk’s office.  However, most clients prefer to furnish a run-sheet or Tract Index (Oklahoma) along with digital photos of the title instruments for examination.
